Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok to Leasecake

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok to your Leasecake portfolio and ask about your leases in plain English. The connection uses the Leasecake Portfolio MCP server. Every provider connects the same way: paste your organization's connection address into the assistant, then approve access by signing in to Leasecake.

Before you start

You need the connection turned on for your organization and AI assistant access on your Leasecake role. A Leasecake admin sets up both. If you do not see Connect Your AI Assistant in the top bar, ask your admin first.

Get your connection address

Each organization has its own connection address, so copy it from inside Leasecake.

1. In Leasecake, click Connect Your AI Assistant beside global search in the top bar.

2. Copy your organization's connection address. It is your Leasecake address followed by /mcp/portfolio.

Connect Claude

1. In Claude, click Add to Claude, or open Customize, go to Connectors, and click Add custom connector.

2. Paste the connection address. Check the name reads Leasecake and the address matches yours, then click Add.

3. Click Connect, sign in to Leasecake, and click Approve.

4. In a new chat, turn Leasecake on under + → Connectors.

On Claude Team or Enterprise, an organization owner can install the connector once with Add for My Claude Team, so members only need to click Connect.

Connect ChatGPT

1. In ChatGPT, open Plugins, click +, choose Create app, then Create MCP App.

2. Name it Leasecake, paste the connection address as the MCP server URL, and choose OAuth.

3. Click Create, sign in to Leasecake, and click Approve.

4. In a new chat, choose Leasecake from +.

ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, and Edu workspaces need a workspace admin to allow Developer mode and custom connectors first, under Workspace settings → Permissions & roles.

Connect Gemini

1. In Gemini, go to Settings, then Connected apps, then Custom apps, and click Add a custom app.

2. Paste the connection address and click Next.

3. Sign in to Leasecake and click Approve.

4. Ask Gemini about your leases, and mention Leasecake in your first question.

Connect Grok

1. Go to grok.com/connectors and click New Connector.

2. Choose Custom and paste the connection address.

3. Sign in to Leasecake and click Approve.

4. Start a chat.

When the connection does not work

What the assistant can do

The assistant looks up your portfolio and works with reports. It never creates or changes a lease or an accounting record, it acts as you and sees only what you see, and you can disconnect it at any time. The full list of what it can look up is in Connect your AI assistant to Leasecake.
