Bulk Invite Members from a CSV
Invite many members at once by uploading a CSV at Setup > Platform > Users > Bulk invite. Each row invites one person with a main role, and when your workspace has an Organization Management hierarchy, the same upload places each person on hierarchy nodes. Admins and Owners can send a bulk invite; only an Owner can invite another Owner.
Download and fill in the template
The template carries the columns your workspace needs, plus two example rows, one of them placed on a real node.
Go to Setup > Platform > Users and click Bulk invite.
In the Bulk Invite Members panel, download the template.
Fill in one row per person. Every row needs an email and a role; first name and last name are optional.
The role column is the member's main role across the workspace. The placement_role column, covered below, grants access only to what's filed under the node the placement points at.

The Organization Management hierarchy the row places into. The template includes this column when your workspace has more than one; name the hierarchy for each row. Blank falls back to the only hierarchy when there is just one.

A role the placement can grant. Leave blank to place the person for visibility only.
Yes or No. Blank means No.
Add hierarchy placements
The hierarchy, node, placement_role, and cascades columns appear in the template only when your workspace has an Organization Management hierarchy. What a placement lets someone see is covered in Limit Access by Region.
Download the node list
When your workspace has an Organization Management hierarchy, the Bulk Invite Members panel also offers a node list download: every current node with its path, level, and code. Copy a path straight into the node column. Both downloads escape cells that start like a spreadsheet formula, and the upload strips that escape again, so a path copied from the node list reads back exactly.
Send the invitations
In the Bulk Invite Members panel, upload your CSV file.
Click Send Invitations.
A file can hold up to 500 nonblank rows. Leasecake rejects the whole file, before sending anything, if the file can't be read, if it's missing the email or role header, or if it has more than 500 nonblank rows.
Rows that can't be sent are reported against their own line with the reason, and a rejected row never holds back anyone else's. Valid invitations are sent in batches of ten. Leasecake notifies you of the invitations it queued and lists every rejected row, then reports results as sending completes.
If any row for one person fails, none of that person's rows is sent. Nobody is invited with less access than the file asked for.
