Invite Users and Assign Roles
Bring your teammates into Leasecake by inviting each of them and assigning a role. Access is role-based: what a person sees depends on the role they hold, so different users see different parts of the app. If you are not sure what each teammate needs, the four kinds of Leasecake work (lease administrators, lease accountants, setup administrators, and executives and viewers) are mapped in Get started with Leasecake.
Invite a user and grant their role
An administrator invites the user and grants a role, either directly to that person or through a user group.
Invite the user to your workspace.
Grant their role directly, or place them in a user group that already carries the role.
Grant roles to many people with user groups
A user group lets you grant a role to many people at once. Instead of assigning the same role to each person individually, grant the role to the group, and everyone in the group holds it.
Single sign-on
Single sign-on is available, so your team can sign in to Leasecake with your organization's existing sign-in.
Working across organizations
A user can belong to more than one organization and switch between them. Each user sets their own language and their own date and number formats, so these choices follow the person, not the organization.
