Prepare Leases for Upload

Upload signed lease PDFs with readable text, one lease per file, and we turn each one into a draft lease. Lease data from another system can come as an Excel, CSV or JSON file, and our team maps it for you.

Lease PDFs

• Send the signed lease, not a draft or a summary.

• Use a PDF with readable text. A scan with no readable text can't be read; re-scan it.

• Save Word files as PDF first.

• Keep each file under 100 MB.

Lease data files

An Excel, CSV or JSON file is sent as a Data Import, and its row shows With Leasecake while our team maps it. Nothing is needed from you while it's with us.

What Not to Upload

Don't upload amendments, addenda or other supporting documents: Upload Leases accepts leases and lease data only. An amendment sent as a lease is held for you with a note to attach it to the lease it amends, and its terms are never applied automatically.
