Track Your Uploads
Every file you upload shows one status on the Upload Leases page, so you can see which files need you and which are with us. The list refreshes on its own while anything is processing.
What each status means
Status | What it means | What you do |
|---|---|---|
Processing | We're checking, sorting or reading the file. The row shows which step it's on, for example Step 2 of 4 ยท Sorting. | Nothing yet. |
Ready for Your Review | The draft lease is waiting for you. | Click Review Draft, check it and publish it. |
Needs You | We need an answer or an action before the file can go further. | Read the reason on the row and act on it. |
With Leasecake | Our team has the file. | Nothing. We'll update the row. |
Done | The lease is published. | Click Open Lease to see it. |
Know when work is waiting for you
We tell the person who uploaded the batch once nothing in it is still processing.
A badge on Upload Leases, in the top bar, counts the files that need you.
A notification, Your Upload Is Finished, and an email both link to your upload. If any file needs you, the link opens the Needs You view.
The All, Needs You and Ready for Your Review views each show a count.
Answer a file that needs you
When we can't tell what a file is, its row asks you. Click Answer, then Save to have the file read as a lease, or choose Send to Leasecake instead and our team takes it from there.
Find an older upload
Search the list by file name, batch reference or the person who uploaded it. Files are grouped by batch, and you can show the Batch, Uploaded By and Received columns.
Send an interrupted file again
If something on our end interrupted a file, its row says so. Click Send Again, or Choose File if the page no longer holds it. You can resend a file only until it has started a draft lease.
Remove a file
Click Remove to take a file off the list. If it already started a draft lease, the draft is kept, and you can still open it from Leases.
